About the Role

We’re looking for a designer with taste. Not just “good at Photoshop” taste but the kind that makes reels feel addictive, posters feel collectible, and brand assets look like they belong on everyone’s feed. You’ll be the one shaping how company shows up online and offline — premium, playful, and impossible to ignore.

What you’ll do

• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping reels that make people double-tap without thinking

• Whip up sharp, good-looking static designs (posts, carousels, ads, emailers) that actually convert

• Create print collaterals (menus, posters, invites, standees, sun boards etc.) that feel as polished as they do fun

• Obsess over type, colour, and motion — the little things that make people say “damn, that’s good”

• Work hand-in-hand with Marketing to turn briefs into visuals that stay premium but never boring

What we’re looking for

• 2-4 years of experience across graphic design, video editing, and content creation

• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or CapCut/Canva if you’re fast and clever)

• Experience creating content across formats: reels, posts, ads, product clips, stories

• A good eye for layout, type, colour, music, and motion

• Knows how to set up basic shots (phone or camera), organise folders, and deliver on time

• Bonus if you’ve worked in F&B, lifestyle, or DTC brands before
