We are hiring Admission Counsellors for a leading, globally recognised online learning academy that teaches hobby and creative courses to children and adults across India and abroad. You will counsel parents and learners on the right course, convert leads into enrolments and own a monthly revenue target. Salary up to INR 9 LPA fixed plus performance incentives. Location: MG Road, Bangalore, 6 days a week from office.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

• Role: Admission Counsellor / Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

• Location: MG Road, Bangalore (work from office, 6 days a week)

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in admissions, academic counselling or EdTech inside sales

• Salary: INR 6 to 9 LPA fixed + monthly performance incentives

• Openings: 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 80 to 100 inbound and outbound calls a day to parents and prospective learners

• Understand each learner’s interests and goals and recommend the right course

• Counsel parents on course options, outcomes, fees and schedules

• Follow up promptly by phone, WhatsApp, chat and email to nurture and convert leads

• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets

• Keep accurate records of every lead and admission in the CRM and report progress to the Admissions Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1 to 3 years in admissions counselling, academic counselling or B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech

• Proven record of hitting monthly revenue or enrolment targets

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong listening and persuasion skills with a parent-first, consultative approach

• Comfortable with high call volumes and a fast-paced, target-driven team

• Working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace and Excel

PREFERRED

• Experience selling kids’ extracurricular, hobby, arts or skill courses to parents

• Interest in music, performing arts or creative learning

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Marketing or Communications preferred)
