AI Motion Graphics Designer (AI First Video and Creative) | Noida, Work From Office, 5 Days a Week | Full Time | INR 6 to 8 LPA | 2 to 4 Years Experience

We are hiring an AI Motion Graphics Designer in Noida for a fast growing consumer finance brand that helps Indian households and institutions put idle assets to work. This is an AI first video and motion design role: you will use AI video, AI avatar and AI image tools alongside After Effects and Premiere Pro to independently produce finished films, reels and performance creative. The marketing team is small, fast and output heavy, so you will own video end to end rather than wait in a queue behind twelve other designers.

We are looking for a motion designer who has genuinely re-tooled around AI, not someone who occasionally uses Midjourney for a mood board. You should be able to take a one line brief and produce a finished video on your own: script visualisation, generation, edit, sound and export, at a pace traditional production cannot match. The content philosophy is educate first, convert second, so the work is explanatory, trust building and culturally rooted rather than shouty discount creative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI avatar videos: presenter led explainers in Hindi, Hinglish and English for social, paid ads and WhatsApp journeys. Natural lip sync and believable delivery matter more than fancy backgrounds

• Cinematic brand films: short form ad films and hero visuals generated and stitched using AI video models, colour graded and finished to a premium standard

• Social first video: Instagram reels, YouTube ads, podcast clip cutdowns and campaign series. High volume, quick turnaround, hook led

• Static and design support: AI generated imagery, thumbnails, ad creatives and campaign key visuals

• Iterate on performance: work with the marketing team on what is actually working on Meta and YouTube (hook rates, 3 second retention, CTR) and rebuild creative accordingly

• Build the pipeline: maintain prompt libraries, brand consistent character and style references, and reusable templates so quality does not depend on luck

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

You should have real depth in two or three of these, not just familiarity with all of them.

• AI video generation: Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Sora, Higgsfield or equivalent

• AI avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, Argil or similar

• AI image generation: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana / Gemini Image or similar

• AI voice: ElevenLabs or equivalent, including Indian language voice work

• Editing and finishing: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro

Depth beats breadth. One tool you have pushed to its limits on real projects tells us more than six you have tried once.

PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS

• ComfyUI or node based workflows, LoRA or custom style training

• Upscaling and enhancement: Topaz Video AI, Magnific or similar

• Lip sync and dubbing tools for Indian languages

• Basic 3D: Blender or Cinema 4D

• Sound design instincts

If your stack is different from ours that is fine. Tools change every quarter, judgement does not.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

• BFSI, fintech, jewellery or any high trust, high consideration category

• Understanding of performance creative and why one hook beats another

• Familiarity with regional language content at scale

• A personal body of AI work: experiments, side projects, an active feed

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong eye for composition, typography, pacing and colour. AI removes the execution barrier, not the taste requirement

• Comfortable writing and iterating prompts methodically rather than rolling the dice until something looks nice

• Fluent in Hindi and English, and able to judge whether Hinglish copy on screen reads naturally

• Able to work independently, manage your own queue and ship without heavy hand holding

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)

Applications must include a showreel or portfolio link that features AI generated work, plus three pieces of AI generated work with a short note on how you made each one: the tools, the approach and what you had to fix manually. We will ask how you made it. Applications without the third item will not be reviewed, because we are hiring for process, not just polish.
