ASSISTANT PROFESSOR BBA – HR, MARKETING AND FINANCE – BIHAR – FULL TIME, ON-SITE

We are hiring Assistant Professors for the BBA department of a well-established higher education institution in Bihar. You will teach core and elective management subjects to undergraduate students, build lesson plans and assessments, and mentor students through their academic and early career decisions.

• Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Relations

• Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour and Sales and Distribution

• Financial Accounting, Financial Management and Cost Accounting

• Principles of Management, Business Communication, Business Economics and Business Statistics

• Entrepreneurship, Business Environment, Research Methodology and related management subjects

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Management or a relevant discipline (MBA / PGDM / M.Com or equivalent) as per applicable norms.

• NET or SET qualified candidates will be preferred.

• Candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be given additional preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver quality lectures as per the prescribed university curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and academic resources.

• Conduct practicals, tutorials, case studies, assessments and other academic activities.

• Maintain student attendance and academic records.

• Mentor and guide students on academic, project and career-related matters.

• Participate in examinations, evaluation, seminars, workshops and institutional activities.

• Contribute to research, publications, academic development and departmental activities.

• Coordinate with the HOD and Academic Coordinator and maintain proper academic documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and all assigned academic responsibilities.

• Follow institutional policies, reporting hierarchy, discipline and academic requirements.

PREFERRED PROFILE

• 4-5+ years of teaching experience in a reputed college, university or autonomous institute.

• Strong subject command in the specialisations listed above.

• Research publications in UGC CARE / Scopus listed journals will be an advantage.

• Experience with university examination, evaluation and academic documentation processes.

• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Bihar.
