Key Requirements

- Ph.D. in Finance, FinTech, Financial Technology, Banking & Finance, Financial Analytics, or a related area.
- Strong academic background with teaching experience at UG/PG levels.
- Research orientation with publications in reputed journals.
- Ability to teach FinTech-related subjects and supervise student projects/theses.
- Strong communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop and enrich curriculum and course content.
- Guide student research projects and dissertations.
- Publish research papers and participate in conferences.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interactions.
- Contribute to placements, student mentoring, and career development initiatives.
- Work closely with academic and industry stakeholders to strengthen the FinTech ecosystem.
