ASSISTANT PROFESSOR MBA – HR, MARKETING, FINANCE AND OPERATIONS – BIHAR – FULL TIME, ON-SITE

We are hiring Assistant Professors for the MBA department of a well-established higher education institution in Bihar. You will deliver postgraduate management lectures, run case study and seminar sessions, guide student projects and dissertations, and contribute to research and departmental development.

• Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing and Brand Management

• Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis and Accounting for Managers

• Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production and Operations Research

• Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Research Methodology and related management subjects

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Management or a relevant discipline (MBA / PGDM) as per applicable norms.

• NET or SET qualified candidates will be preferred.

• Candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be given additional preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver quality lectures as per the prescribed university curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and academic resources.

• Conduct practicals, tutorials, case studies, assessments and other academic activities.

• Maintain student attendance and academic records.

• Mentor and guide students on academic, project and career-related matters.

• Participate in examinations, evaluation, seminars, workshops and institutional activities.

• Contribute to research, publications, academic development and departmental activities.

• Coordinate with the HOD and Academic Coordinator and maintain proper academic documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and all assigned academic responsibilities.

• Follow institutional policies, reporting hierarchy, discipline and academic requirements.

PREFERRED PROFILE

• 4-5+ years of teaching experience in a reputed college, university or autonomous institute.

• Strong subject command in the specialisations listed above.

• Research publications in UGC CARE / Scopus listed journals will be an advantage.

• Experience with university examination, evaluation and academic documentation processes.

• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Bihar.
