Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management and Information Systems areas.
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case discussions, and practical learning modules.
Design course curriculum aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor and guide students on academic projects, internships, and research activities.
Supervise dissertations, capstone projects, and research work where applicable.
Publish research papers in reputed journals and contribute to academic thought leadership.
Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, workshops, and applied research projects.
Participate in academic administration, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
Contribute to faculty development programs, seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Support student placement, entrepreneurship initiatives, and industry engagement activities.
Qualification
Ph.D. in Management / Operations / Information Systems / Supply Chain or related discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with strong research publications and academic credentials will be preferred.
Qualification and experience should be as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Experience
Assistant Professor: 0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience with strong publications.
Professor: Minimum 10–15 years of experience with proven academic leadership and research contributions.
Skills Required
Strong subject expertise in Operations / Information Systems domain.
Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into teaching.
Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.
Strong research orientation and industry engagement capabilities.
