The Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Manager will support day-to-day sales coordination, lead management, documentation, reporting, and marketing execution. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can multitask, follow up with teams, and ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Support

​

Assist in handling sales enquiries (corporate, weddings, groups, day trips)

​

Coordinate with tele-sales and sales admin for lead tracking & follow-ups

​

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic presentations

​

Maintain and update CRM / Google Sheets / Excel sales trackers

​

Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, and client approvals

​

Marketing & Coordination

​

Support execution of marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions

​

Coordinate with designers, social media team, and vendors for creatives

​

Maintain records of campaign performance and enquiries generated

​

Assist in updating brochures, price lists, and promotional material

​

Reporting & Documentation

​

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & enquiry reports

​

Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and client documents

​

Assist manager in preparing meeting notes and action points

​

Administrative Support

​

Manage schedules, reminders, and coordination for meetings

​

Act as a communication bridge between Head Office & Resort team

​

Handle basic office coordination and task tracking

​

🎯 Skills & Requirements

​

Graduate or equivalent

​

Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing concepts

​

Must have working knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

​

Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)

​

Organized, proactive, and quick learner

Comfortable with follow-ups and multitasking
