**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR **

Looking for candidates with experience in business development, vendor management,

procurement, or e-commerce ops; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Must

have excellent verbal/written communication, be comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and

occasional field visits, and be able to multi-task and coordinate across brands and internal teams.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong attention to detail is required.

**REQUIREMENTS **

​

0–2 years in business development, vendor management, procurement, or e-commerce ops

Strong verbal/written communication for calls, emails, and pitches

Comfortable with persistent follow-ups and occasional field visits

Ability to multi-task across multiple brands and onboarding stages

Good coordination skills across catalog, tech, warehouse, pricing & marketing team

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

High attention to detail and process discipline

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Identify target brands, run outreach calls/emails, and schedule pitch meetings with the senior team

• Maintain outreach tracker with status and follow-ups

• Follow up on TOT closure, agreements, and compliance docs

• Coordinate listing go-live, PO, dispatch, and GRN tracking

• Support vendor payments, collateral, hygiene checks, and replenishment

**GOOD TO HAVE **

• Prior exposure to e-commerce/quick-commerce brand onboarding or vendor operations

• Familiarity with EasyEcom, WooCommerce, or similar order/catalog systems

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
