Role Summary
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with experience in selling IT products, technology solutions, or enterprise services to GCCs (Global Capability Centres). The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging enterprise stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across strategic GCC accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage GCCs and enterprise clients for IT solution sales
Generate and manage enterprise sales pipeline
Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client business challenges and propose suitable technology solutions
Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B IT sales
Experience selling to GCCs or enterprise clients preferred
Exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or digital transformation solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage client relationships and strategic accounts
Understanding of consultative/solution selling approach
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Background
Candidates from IT services, system integrators, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies will be preferred.
