### Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our People function as we transition from a startup mindset to a scalable corporate structure. With 150 employees in the FMCG sector, this role is critical to building the professional frameworks, governance, and high-performance culture required for our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will act as a key architect of our organizational evolution.
### Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Transformation: Lead the transition of people operations, processes, and policies from a startup agility model to a structured, scalable corporate framework.
- Culture Development: Define and embed a company culture that preserves our core values while fostering accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and COO to align HR strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Full-Cycle HR Management: Oversee all functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Change Management: Act as a champion for organizational change, ensuring clear communication and employee buy-in throughout the shift in operational maturity.
- Talent Strategy: Develop robust talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop industry-leading talent within the competitive FMCG landscape.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
### Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior executive role (CHRO, VP of People, or equivalent).
- Background: Proven track record of leading HR functions in a scaling environment; experience within the FMCG or retail sector is highly preferred.
- Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading organizational design and change management programs, specifically transitioning companies from startup to mid-market/corporate structures.
- Leadership Style: A strategic thinker with a “hands-on” approach who can navigate the complexities of both high-level strategy and daily operational needs.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite leadership and engage effectively with a 150-person workforce.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
