About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Benefits Manager to lead the design and execution of our compensation and benefits strategy. This role will be responsible for developing competitive total rewards programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and aligning our compensation framework with global standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and deep expertise in total rewards.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and manage compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, and equity plans to attract and retain top talent.

- Advise HRBPs and business leaders on compensation-related matters including offers, promotions, and retention strategies.

- Develop and maintain salary structures, pay bands, and job architecture frameworks.

- Lead the annual compensation review cycle including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refreshes.

- Conduct regular compensation audits to ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance across all regions.

- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and perks.

- Build dashboards and reports to track compensation metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance compensation analysis and decision-making processes.

- Partner with HRIS teams to maintain and optimize compensation modules in Workday or similar platforms.

- Stay current with compensation trends, market data, and regulatory changes to ensure competitive positioning.

- Support compensation due diligence and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.

- Experience working in global or matrix organizations with multiple geographies.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CCP or GRP certification preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

- Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and compensation benchmarking platforms.

- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
