About the Role

​

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can convert raw data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel and a passion for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

​

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel

Develop and maintain MIS reports for business tracking

Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation

Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for data support

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports

Support forecasting and business planning activities

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Required Skills

Advanced Excel (Must Have)

Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH

Data Validation & Conditional Formatting

Macros / VBA

Other Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good understanding of business metrics and reporting

Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred)

Ability to manage large datasets efficiently

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Experience with sales or financial data will be an advantage

Exposure to Tally, ERP systems, or Amazon reports is preferred
