Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline (mandatory).

Strong academic record with consistent performance.

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 12–15 years of combined experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in higher education.

Prior experience as Associate Professor / Assistant Professor with demonstrated academic leadership responsibilities.

Experience working in a Dean / Head of Department / Academic Leadership role will be highly preferred.

Proven track record of research publications in reputed / indexed journals.

Experience in securing research grants, consultancy projects, and industry-funded initiatives is desirable.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and academic leadership to the Civil Engineering department within the School of Engineering.

Oversee curriculum development aligned with industry standards, accreditation bodies, and emerging technologies.

Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Promote a strong culture of research, innovation, publications, and funded projects.

Strengthen industry collaborations, consultancy projects, and academic partnerships.

Ensure high standards of teaching quality, student engagement, and academic governance.

Drive accreditation processes, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support student development, internships, placements, and professional growth.
