Job Title: Dean – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
School of Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline (mandatory).
Strong academic record throughout.
Master’s degree in EEE with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in higher education.
Must have served as Associate Professor or Assistant Professor with proven academic leadership responsibilities.
Prior experience in a Dean / Associate Dean / Head of Department / Academic Leadership role is highly preferred.
Strong research profile with publications in reputed / indexed journals.
Experience in research grants, funded projects, consultancy, or industry collaboration will be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide academic and strategic leadership to the EEE department.
Lead curriculum development aligned with industry standards, accreditation requirements (NBA / NAAC), and emerging technologies.
Oversee faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and performance management.
Promote a strong culture of research, innovation, publications, patents, and funded projects.
Strengthen industry partnerships, consultancy projects, internships, and placement initiatives.
Ensure excellence in teaching quality, student engagement, and academic governance.
Drive accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support development of laboratories, research facilities, and advanced learning infrastructure.
