Position- Field Sales Counsellors
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through BTL activities such as society activations, mall kiosks, corporate park campaigns, job fairs, outdoor promotions, and referral networks.
• Interact with students and parents to understand their learning goals and provide program counselling.
• Conduct program presentations, demos, and career guidance sessions.
• Convert leads into program enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build local lead pipelines through community outreach and partnerships with coaching centres.
• Maintain lead data in CRM and submit daily activity reports.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–5 years’ experience in Field Sales / EdTech Sales / Admission Counselling / BTL Marketing
Key Skills
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to engage confidently with students and parents
• Target-driven sales mindset
• Field marketing and lead generation capability
Contract Terms
• 6-month retainer contract
• Extension or role conversion subject to performance and business needs
• Field-based role in Delhi NCR
