### Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and scaling our core web applications. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend architectures using React and Node.js.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from conception to deployment.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop robust, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.

### Requirements & Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack web applications.
- Proficiency in React.js (state management, hooks, component lifecycle) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in an agile environment (preferably a startup), where you can adapt quickly and take ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
