About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven General Trade Sales
Executive to manage and expand our bedsheet and quilts business in the General
Trade market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, distributor
management, market expansion, and payment collections.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and grow sales for bedsheets, quilts, and home furnishing products in
General Trade markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and
retailers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle market expansion and appoint new retail dealers
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels
Monitor stock movement and market demand regularly
Execute trade schemes and promotional activities in the market
Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor
activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery management
Prepare daily sales reports and collection status updates
Required Skills
Strong experience in General Trade Sales
Good knowledge of bedsheets, quilts, or home furnishing market preferred
Strong distributor and retailer network management skills
Experience in handling collections and outstanding management
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Ability to travel extensively for market visits
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Existing distributor/dealer network in home furnishing industry will be an
advantage
Experience working in FMCG, textile, or home furnishing sector preferred
