Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter at BNCinema, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process while providing foundational HR generalist support. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, and assisting with core HR operations that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offer negotiations.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and a welcoming experience throughout the hiring journey.
- HR Generalist Support: Assist in onboarding processes, maintain personnel records, support employee engagement initiatives, and help manage internal HR inquiries.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and assist with periodic HR reporting to ensure departmental goals are met.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or as an HR generalist.
- Proven ability to manage high-touch candidate experiences.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a high level of self-motivation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- A passion for the cinema or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
