Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and helping us identify top-tier talent to support our growing organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring timelines.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding documentation and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR function.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using an ATS or recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within an HR services or staffing agency environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
