The Role
As our remote HR Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring top-tier talent to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will act as the face of our company, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience.
### Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure clear, timely communication with all candidates.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with department leads to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and streamline interview processes.
- Employer Branding: Promote our startup culture and mission to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
- Process Improvement: Help optimize our ATS workflows and interview rubrics to ensure efficient and data-driven hiring.
### Qualifications
- Experience: [X] years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
