Role: Instructional Designer Intern (eLearning)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and understand learning objectives

Define clear instructional strategies and course structures

Create storyboards, scripts, and content outlines for courses

Design engaging and interactive eLearning modules

Assist in developing training materials and assessment plans

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions

Work on diverse domains including technical and non-technical content

Support end-to-end instructional design lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (Engineering, Arts & Science, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic understanding of instructional design concepts

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and content formats

Open to feedback and continuous improvement
