Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Investment Manager to manage the investor lifecycle end-to-end. This role involves engaging with prospective investors, explaining investment opportunities, and guiding them through their first transaction while building long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate is someone who approaches sales with an advisory mindset—prioritizing education, trust-building, and clear communication over aggressive selling.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads via calls, messaging platforms, and other communication channels
Explain investment offerings in a simple and structured manner to build investor confidence
Address queries related to ownership, risk, returns, and exit mechanisms
Guide interested investors through the onboarding and transaction process
Maintain a well-managed pipeline through consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM updates
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams (product, tech, marketing)
Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in inside sales or relationship-driven roles
Prior exposure to investment advisory, financial products, or customer-facing sales preferred
Experience in fintech, real estate, wealth management, ed-tech, or related sectors is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for customers
Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Who Should Not Apply
Candidates with only field sales or purely B2B enterprise sales experience without customer advisory exposure
