We are looking for a driven professional to lead and scale a high-performing investment sales team. This is an in-office role based in Gurgaon.
As an Investment Sales Lead, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a team of 6–8 Investment Consultants, and build strong processes to drive consistent performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also spend 20–30% of your time directly engaging with prospective investors.
You will be responsible for the entire journey from lead generation to conversion, including team performance, processes, tools, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate is someone who has managed a small team, is comfortable with client interactions, and is motivated to build and scale in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-the-floor (20–30% of time):
Conduct investor calls to qualify leads, present investment opportunities, and drive conversions
Set benchmarks for high-quality sales conversations
Act as a role model for the team through active selling
Team Management (70–80% of time):
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6–8 Investment Consultants
Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
Monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Develop and refine sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and follow-up strategies
Define and track KPIs, targets, and reporting metrics
Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in inside sales or relationship-driven selling
Experience managing or mentoring teams of 5–10 members
Background in real estate, wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, or ed-tech is preferred
Strong process orientation with a data-driven approach to performance tracking
Knowledge of investment products or personal investment experience is a plus
