As a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to new prospects, establish connections, and engage with leads to meet and exceed sales targets. You will interact with potential candidates through multiple communication channels such as telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.

You will build high-quality, engaging conversations and enroll candidates into advanced learning programs. The role also involves managing the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and developing an engagement-driven sales model using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

​

Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up regularly with previously contacted leads to achieve sales objectives.

​

Engage with candidates via telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats, delivering a compelling learning experience.

​

Develop impactful and persuasive discussions with prospective candidates to drive enrollments into learning programs.

​

Use data-driven sales management techniques to manage the complete sales funnel effectively.

​

Leverage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms to track leads and conversions.

​

Follow structured sales processes and maintain high-quality sales practices to consistently meet targets.

​

Requirements

​

Relevant experience in selling upskilling programs, certifications, or professional courses such as:

​

Data Science / Data Analytics

​

DevOps / Full Stack Development

​

Cloud Engineering

​

Product Management

​

AI & Generative AI programs

​

Management programs

​

2–7 years of experience in B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

​

Strong understanding of dialer operations and CRM systems (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms).

​

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

​

High ownership mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.

​

Prior experience in startup environments is preferred.

​

Strong results orientation, resilience, and perseverance.
