Savanna HR is a Gurugram based executive search and recruitment firm that hires mid and senior leadership talent for manufacturing, FMCG, fintech, GCC, e-commerce and education companies across India and international markets. We are looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing industry hiring for mid level and leadership roles, who headhunts through LinkedIn and referrals, works on an ATS and manages clients directly. This is a fully remote, work from home role.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

• Role: Recruiter, Manufacturing Industry Hiring (Mid and Leadership roles)

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in recruitment, of which manufacturing industry hiring is mandatory

• Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month

• Employment type: Full time, permanent

MANDATORY CRITERIA (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• Manufacturing industry hiring experience is mandatory

• Proven closures in mid level and senior leadership roles (for example Plant Head, Production Manager, Quality Head, Operations Head, Supply Chain Head, Sales Head, CFO, HR Head)

• Headhunting experience through LinkedIn (search, InMail, Recruiter or Sales Navigator) and referrals

• Direct client handling experience

• Hands on experience working on an ATS

• Recruiters who have worked only through Naukri or other job portals will not be considered for this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end to end hiring for mid and senior leadership mandates in manufacturing companies: auto components, chemicals, paper, food and beverage, textiles, solar and renewable energy, home appliances and similar sectors

• Take briefs directly from clients, understand the role, team and culture, and agree on the search strategy

• Build target company maps and headhunt passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and your own network

• Screen, assess and present a sharp, relevant shortlist with clear write ups

• Manage interviews, feedback, offer discussion, negotiation and joining follow ups

• Keep every candidate and every stage updated on our ATS (HireXL)

• Share regular pipeline updates with clients and the internal team

• Build long term talent pools for repeat manufacturing roles

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience with manufacturing industry hiring

• Strong LinkedIn headhunting and Boolean search skills

• Ability to engage senior candidates confidently on phone and video calls

• Client management: taking briefs, handling feedback and managing expectations

• Working knowledge of an ATS and disciplined data entry

• Excellent spoken and written English

PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS

• Experience in an executive search firm or recruitment agency

• Understanding of plant functions: production, quality, maintenance, EHS, supply chain, plant HR

• Exposure to AI based sourcing and screening tools

SOFT SKILLS

• Ownership and follow through on every mandate

• Clear, professional communication with CXO level stakeholders

• Self driven and organised while working remotely
