Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta

(Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.

 Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

 Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

 Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI,

etc.

 Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.

 Implement strategies for lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate

improvement.

 Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

 Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

 Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic buying.

 Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar).

 Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.).

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field.

 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing (depending on level).

 Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and achieving strong ROI.

 Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Target companies – E-learning or Edtech companies
