WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A performance marketer who has scaled Meta campaigns for a D2C brand or top agency. You manage ₹1 Cr+ monthly spend without hand-holding, own campaign strategy end-to-end, and work directly with product, tech, design, and ops to drive results.

REQUIREMENTS

​

• 2–4 years managing Meta campaigns, leading teams

• Proven track record managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly spend

• Deep knowledge of Ads Manager — campaign structure, audiences, attribution, reporting

• BTech / BBA / BCA or equivalent; Meta certification

​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Lead performance marketing team

• Develop strategy for Meta & Google Performance

• Diagnose funnel leakages — pixel, attribution, tracking etc.

​

GOOD TO HAVE

​

• Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Metapixel and other similar analytics tools

• Exposure to D2C checkout, payments, or post-purchase funnels

• Good understanding of Shopify, pixel setup, or server-side tagging
