Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across MBA, Executive Education, and Doctoral programs.

Teach subjects such as Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Investments, Banking, Risk Management, Financial Analytics, FinTech, and related domains.

Lead research initiatives and publish in reputed ABDC, Scopus, SSCI, or UGC-listed journals.

Guide Ph.D. scholars, dissertations, and student research projects.

Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation initiatives, rankings, and academic excellence.

Build industry partnerships, consulting engagements, and funded research projects.

Mentor faculty members and contribute to academic leadership initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Ph.D. in Finance or a related discipline from a reputed institution.

Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or research experience.

Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.

Experience guiding doctoral scholars and supervising research projects.

Exposure to accreditation frameworks such as AACSB, NBA, NAAC, EQUIS, or similar is preferred.

Prior experience in academic leadership roles will be an advantage.

Candidates with a blend of teaching excellence, research contributions, industry engagement, and consulting experience.
