We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and has hands-on experience in non-tech recruitment.

​

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for startup and growing-company clients.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases and other channels.

Work primarily on non-tech roles across functions such as Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Administration, etc.

Understand JDs and identify candidates matching the client’s requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain regular candidate and client follow-ups.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Ensure accurate candidate information and timely updates in the recruitment/ATS system.

Meet daily and weekly sourcing, calling and submission targets.

What We’re Looking For

6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience.

Prior experience in startup hiring is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with non-tech hiring is essential.

Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.

Comfortable with calling candidates and conducting initial screening.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Strong follow-up skills and ownership of assigned requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
