The Role(s): We are looking for exceptional sales/business-development cum account management leaders in BANGALORE.
The Job
- Building and managing a high calibre sales team.
- Identifying the target schools & driving enrolments and acquiring new customers
- Partnering with and executing planned marketing activities
- Delivering consistent number results
The Person
- MBA with 10-12 years years experience
- Experience with both big company (good training) and start-up (hands-on exposure) experience
- Must have done customer facing roles in B2B (SME even better) context. Ideally in industries with some selling complexity e.g. Education, Medical Devices, Telecom.
- High-energy communicative outgoing person with leadership qualities and ethical fibre.
- Can do hunting sales, farming sales, and grow a business.
- Self-motivation and persistence is key. Wants to work with a innovating pioneer team.
