Role Overview
We are looking for a International Student Recruitment – Regional Manager to lead
international student recruitment and partner growth across the assigned region.
The role will be responsible for expanding the Recruitment Partner (RP) network,
strengthening existing partnerships, driving student applications and enrolments, and
achieving regional business targets.
The Regional Manager will act as the key point of contact across the assigned
market and will work closely with internal and global teams to maximise partner
productivity and student conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Business Development
Own and drive international student recruitment growth across the assigned
region.
Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve
enrolment and revenue targets.
Identify new markets, cities, recruitment opportunities, and potential partners.
Build a strong regional recruitment pipeline and consistently deliver against
monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop strong market presence and brand visibility within the assigned
region.
Recruitment Partner Acquisition
Identify, approach, evaluate, and onboard new Recruitment Partners and
education consultants.
Build relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisations.
Conduct partner due diligence and ensure completion of required documentation.
Develop a high-quality, compliant, and productive partner network.
Identify strategic partners with strong potential for student recruitment and
enrolment growth.
Partner Relationship &Performance Management
Own relationships with key Recruitment Partners across the region.
Conduct regular partner meetings, business reviews, and performance
discussions.
Monitor partner-level applications, offers, conversions, and enrolments.
Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve partner
productivity.
Conduct regular training and engagement sessions for partners.
Build long-term strategic partnerships and improve partner retention.
Student Recruitment & Conversion
Support partners with counselling guidance and student conversion strategies.
Guide partners on programmes, institutions, admission requirements, and
application processes.
Ensure accurate and compliant communication with students and partners.
Work with Admissions, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve application
and student escalations.
Drive improvements in application quality, offer conversion, and enrolment
outcomes.
Market Intelligence
Monitor regional international education trends, competitor activity, and market
developments.
Track changes in visa policies, admission requirements, and destination-country
trends.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging recruitment channels.
Share market insights and recommendations with leadership to support regional
growth.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Admissions, Operations, Compliance, Marketing,
Finance, and other internal teams.
Work with global stakeholders to align regional recruitment strategies.
Represent company at partner meetings, education fairs, seminars, conferences, and
other industry events.
Provide regular reporting on regional performance, pipeline, partner productivity,
and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
6–9 years of experience in international student recruitment, overseas
education, education consulting, or B2B education partnerships.
Proven experience managing recruitment partners, education consultants, or
agent networks.
Strong track record of achieving student recruitment, sales, conversion, or
enrolment targets.
Strong understanding of international admissions, compliance, and visa
processes.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills.
Strong regional business development and market-mapping capabilities.
Ability to independently manage and grow a regional market.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for partner meetings
and business development activities.
