**Role Summary **
Hiring an SDR to drive new business pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach. This role focuses on cold calling and email outreach, booking qualified meetings for the sales team, and building a predictable pipeline.
The target customers are international prospects, so fluent English, confident phone communication, and comfort working in GMT hours are mandatory. Over time, strong performance can open a path to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Run daily outbound outreach to restaurants and multi-unit operators across UK and Europe
• Execute a calling-first motion using structured talk tracks and objection handling
• Send email follow-ups that drive replies and booked meetings • Qualify prospects quickly and accurately before handover • Book meetings for the sales team and ensure clean handovers with full context
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead status, notes, and next steps • Work toward consistent pipeline creation with discipline and pace

1) Activity Output (Consistency)
• High-volume outbound calling daily
• Consistent email follow-up and sequencing
• High weekly activity without drop-offs
2) Pipeline Generation
• Meetings booked per week
• Meeting show rate and reschedule discipline

3) Qualification Quality
• Clear qualification before handover (fit, need, urgency, next step) • Clean meeting notes logged in CRM
• Strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion quality over time
4) Speed and Follow-up Discipline
• Fast follow-up after call attempts and responses
• Strong handling of “not now”, “send info”, “too busy”
• Ability to keep opportunities alive inside a 7–14 day cycle
5) CRM Hygiene
• Accurate pipeline tracking in CRM
• Clean notes, outcomes, and next actions
• Weekly reporting of outputs and blockers
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years in tech sales / outbound SDR / inside sales
• Proven experience with short sales cycles (7–14 days) or similar speed • Comfortable with volume-based cold calling
• Fluent English, clear communication, confident on calls • Strong execution mindset, shows up daily and hits targets • Comfortable working in GMT hours from India
• SaaS experience is a plus, not mandatory
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience selling to hospitality, restaurants, retail, or SMB operators • Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC lite)
• Experience in fast-paced outbound environments
• Growth path: SDR → Senior SDR → Closing role based on performance
