Job Title: School Principal

Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary, academically strong, and people-centric School Principal to lead a well-established K–12 international school. The Principal will be responsible for overall academic excellence, operational leadership, staff development, student well-being, and alignment with global education standards.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategic direction with day-to-day school operations, while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Provide strategic leadership to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across all grades.
Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with international frameworks (IB/IGCSE/CBSE or equivalent).
Promote inquiry-based, student-centered learning and continuous academic improvement.
Oversee academic planning, evaluations, and school accreditation processes.
School Operations & Governance
Lead overall school operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Work closely with the governing body/management on strategic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.
Ensure smooth coordination between academics, administration, admissions, and support functions.
Faculty & Staff Leadership
Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff.
Build a strong professional culture through training, performance management, and leadership development.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and high morale among staff.
Student Development & Well-being
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Oversee student discipline, safeguarding, and well-being frameworks.
Encourage holistic development through academics, sports, arts, and co-curricular programs.
Parent & Community Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for parents and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with parents through transparent communication and engagement initiatives.
Represent the school positively in external forums, inspections, and community events.
Admissions & School Growth
Support admissions strategy and school branding initiatives.
Contribute to student enrollment growth and retention through academic reputation and parent satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate degree in Education / Leadership / Subject Specialization (PhD preferred).
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in education, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School).
Prior experience in international or premium K–12 schools is mandatory.
Strong understanding of global curricula and accreditation standards.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex school operations.
