We are looking for a Senior Store Executive to support the Store Manager in managing sales, customer experience and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Welcome customers and understand their fashion/style requirements.

Provide personalised product recommendations.

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent shopping experience.

Drive conversions, average transaction value and repeat purchases.

Develop strong relationships with customers and support clienteling activities.

Maintain strong product knowledge across collections.

Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Support stock management, replenishment and inventory checks.

Handle POS billing and payments accurately.

Support daily store opening/closing procedures.

Maintain store hygiene, grooming and brand standards.

Assist the Store Manager with daily reports and operational activities.

Support launches, promotions and in-store events.

Ideal Candidate

​

2–5 years of experience in premium apparel/fashion/lifestyle retail.

Strong sales and customer-handling experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fashion and styling.

Target-oriented and commercially driven.

Experience with premium customers/clienteling preferred.
