Key responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube).

2. Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels.

​

3. Coordinate with the design team to capture project photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

​

4. Plan and schedule content as per the monthly content calendar.

​

5. Write compelling captions and relevant hashtags.

​

6. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

​

7. Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and content formats.

​

8. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

​

9. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

​

10. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers whenever required.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field.

• 0–1 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.

• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Passion for architecture, interiors, and design is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and trending content.

• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Candidates from Delhi NCR.

• Own laptop is preferred.

• Own two-wheeler/vehicle for site visits and content shoots is an added advantage.
