About the Role

Savanna HR is looking for a Specialist Non-Tech Recruiter with strong exposure to the Manufacturing industry, focusing on mid to senior-level hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at headhunting, stakeholder management, and closing complex mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid & senior-level roles in the Manufacturing domain

Execute strong headhunting strategies to attract passive talent

Leverage referrals, industry networks, and market mapping to build quality pipelines

Conduct in-depth candidate screening & assessment

Deliver compelling role pitches to engage high-quality candidates

Drive independent salary negotiations and offer closures

Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Maintain high closure ratios and turnaround time (TAT)

Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Non-Tech hiring, specifically in the Manufacturing sector

Proven track record of hiring for mid & senior-level roles

Strong expertise in:

Headhunting & passive talent mapping

Referral generation strategies

Candidate engagement & conversion

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to own mandates independently from sourcing to closure

Strong communication and role pitching skills

Stable career track record preferred
