Job Title: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with HR Operations. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in HR operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Ensure quality candidate pipeline and timely closures for open positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring funnel performance.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.
Support HR processes including attendance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Hands-on exposure to HR Operations and HRMS
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Background
Experience hiring for corporate / sales / tech / business roles
Exposure to fast-paced environments such as startups or high-growth companies
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant discipline preferred.
