🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele caller – Collections to manage outbound calls and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations effectively.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👉 Make outbound calls for payment reminders and follow-ups

👉 Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues

👉 Handle customer queries related to payments

👉 Negotiate and convince customers for payment closure

👉 Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

👉 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling/collections

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools

Minimum 12th pass

​

🔹 Preferred

Candidates with knowledge of South Indian languages

​
