UI/UX Designer – Ecommerce Website and Mobile UX – Noida (Delhi NCR) – Full Time – Work From Office

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer for a fast-growing, AI-led D2C ecommerce company based in Noida, Delhi NCR. This is an onsite role (Monday to Friday) focused on designing ecommerce websites, mobile web experiences, and end-to-end customer journeys that improve trust, product discovery, and conversion. You will own the design system and the shopping experience across homepage, category pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows. This is not a screens-only role – it is about improving how customers browse, compare, add to cart, and buy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain a clean, scalable design system for the ecommerce platform

• Improve the website and mobile site experience across homepage, category pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for ecommerce features

• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements that increase conversion, trust, AOV, and repeat purchases

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams on landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and product discovery flows

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce or D2C

• Strong portfolio showing ecommerce website, mobile site, product page, category page, cart, and checkout design work

• Deep understanding of user journeys, conversion optimization, product discovery, and trust-building on ecommerce platforms

• Strong command of responsive design, mobile-first UX, design systems, and usability best practices

• Ability to translate business goals into clear, testable design decisions

PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS

• Working knowledge of CRO, heatmaps, and A/B testing

• Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools

• Exposure to AI-led or personalization-driven ecommerce experiences

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

• Ecommerce, D2C brands, online marketplaces, or online retail platforms

SOFT SKILLS

• Ability to think from both a customer experience and a business conversion perspective

• Clear communication with engineering, marketing, and performance teams

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation

TOOLS YOU WILL USE

• Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools

• Design system and component library tooling

• Analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, and heatmap platforms
