Video Editor and Content Creator | Premiere Pro, Reels, Basic Shoots | Work From Office, Bandra, Mumbai | Full Time

A homegrown contemporary Indian fashion and lifestyle label, built on slow fashion and locally sourced fabrics, is looking for a skilled Video Editor who can also handle basic shoots. You will edit Instagram Reels, product videos, lookbook films and brand stories for a premium clothing brand, working from the Bandra (Mumbai) studio with the brand and marketing team.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

• Role: Video Editor (with basic shooting)

• Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (work from office)

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in video editing, ideally fashion, lifestyle, beauty or D2C brands

• Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRA)

• Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and ads: hooks, pacing, cuts, transitions, text, music and sound design

• Edit product videos, styling videos, lookbooks, behind the scenes and campaign films

• Shoot basic content in the studio and on location: product, model, styling and store content on camera or phone, with simple lighting and audio setup

• Colour grade footage so it stays consistent with the brand’s look and mood

• Add captions, motion text and simple animations

• Track trends and audio on Instagram and turn them into on-brand content ideas

• Manage the content calendar for video with the marketing team and deliver on time

• Organise raw footage, project files and the final asset library

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

• Working knowledge of After Effects for text and motion graphics

• CapCut or InShot for quick turnaround Reels

• Colour correction and grading (Premiere Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve)

• Basic camera handling (DSLR, mirrorless or smartphone), framing, lighting and audio

• A clear eye for fashion aesthetics, storytelling and Instagram-first formats

PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with fashion, apparel, beauty, jewellery or lifestyle brands

• Photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop

• Familiarity with AI video tools for faster edits

​

SOFT SKILLS

• Creative, detail-oriented and fast

• Takes feedback well and works closely with styling and marketing teams

• Comfortable managing several edits at once to deadlines

​

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)

• Please share a showreel or links to Reels and videos you have edited and shot
