PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and system updates.
- Handle daily inward and outward planning as per priority and space availability.
- Coordinate with MKT team for dispatch planning and resolve delay issues.
- Ensure TAT reduction for both inward and outward at plant level.
- Improve FTL utilization (30%–40%) through proper load planning.
- Process returns shipments inward accurately without errors.
- Manage FG material in Golden Zone for fast-moving dispatch.yh
- Ensure 100% on-time dispatch (OTF) as per schedule.
- Handle Towel invoices (signatory responsibility).
- Ensure error-free transactions in inward & outward activities.
- Coordinate with category team for material planning and FG handling impact.
- Execute system activities (SAP/WMS) for maximum dispatch output.
- Track and highlight aged inventory to MKT team for clearance.
- Contractor manpower payments on time via PR/PO.
- Maintain zero vehicle detention at warehouse.
- Follow daily operation schedule: 1st Half (till 2:30 PM): Inward activities, 2nd Half: Outward dispatch execution.
- Maintain segment-wise inventory visibility for better control.
- Handle billing activities including roll invoices.

SKILLS

- SAP WMS issue handling and execution.
- Strong coordination with multiple teams (MKT, category, transport).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Team handling and manpower management.
- Time-based planning and execution.
- Focus on cost control and productivity improvement.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-4 warehouse operations experience.
- Strong exposure in inward, outward, inventory & dispatch management.
- Any Graduate
