We’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional to build and manage corporate partnerships for impactful programs across soil restoration, water stewardship, carbon removal and rural livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

​

Identify and research potential CSR prospects and corporate partners

Connect with CSR Heads and key corporate decision-makers

Develop and present partnership proposals

Manage corporate relationships, follow-ups and engagement

Drive opportunities from initial outreach to funded partnerships

Support fundraising and resource mobilisation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

​

2+ years of relevant experience

Experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, grant mobilisation or institutional fundraising preferred

Candidates from NGOs, foundations, social-impact organisations or sustainability-focused organisations preferred

Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Development Studies or a related field
