Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Design and implement data models and algorithms to optimize business processes. Ensure data accuracy and quality through rigorous validation and cleaning techniques. Present data findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Advanced knowledge of Excel and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in understandable terms.
