We are hiring hands-on Principal Software Engineers (Full Stack) who can design microservices and cloud-native platforms and ship Agentic AI and Generative AI features into production — using Java, Node.js or Python with modern JavaScript front ends. ​ This is a senior individual-contributor role with 20+ open positions, so you will join a fast-growing engineering team, not a single seat. ​ WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT • Work on Agentic AI / GenAI products already live with manufacturers worldwide • Pune is the company's new global growth hub, led by engineering leaders from top product companies • Pure product engineering – no services, no bench, no client billing • Fast hiring: profile feedback within 24 hours and interview drives every weekday at the Pune office • Hybrid work: office only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ​ POSITION SNAPSHOT • Role: Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack (Individual Contributor) • Experience: 8–12 years • Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra – Hybrid (3 days WFO: Tue, Wed, Thu) • Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM IST • Open positions: 20+ • Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred; 45 days maximum ​ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build and own full-stack features end to end, from UI to APIs, services and data • Architect scalable microservices and cloud-native systems for a global enterprise SaaS platform • Build and productionise Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities (LLM integration, AI agents, RAG, tool-calling workflows) • Lead system design discussions and set engineering standards for performance, security and reliability • Write clean, testable, high-quality code and review the work of other engineers • Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar as a senior individual contributor • Work closely with product managers, architects and global teams across time zones ​ REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS • 8–12 years of hands-on software development in product companies or startups • Full-stack development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular or similar) with Java, Node.js or Python on the back end • Strong microservices and cloud-native architecture experience (AWS, Azure or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes) • Hands-on experience building with Agentic AI / Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases) • Solid grounding in system design, REST APIs, distributed systems and databases (SQL and NoSQL) • Comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of daily engineering ​ PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS • Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, supply chain or manufacturing software • CI/CD, DevOps practices and observability tooling • Event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar) • Contributions to AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar ​ PREFERRED BACKGROUND • Currently working in a product company or a funded startup (service-company profiles will not be considered) • Currently based in Pune (no relocation profiles) ​ EDUCATION • BE / B.Tech, B.Sc (IT), MCA, M.Sc, M.S. or M.E. ​ INTERVIEW PROCESS • AI-Native Coding Round • System Design – Round 1 • System Design – Round 2 • Top-Grading (Managerial) Round • HR Round ​ WHAT YOU GET • Competitive compensation with annual performance bonus • Hybrid working (3 days in office) • Global exposure on an AI-first enterprise product • Fast-track hiring with feedback within 24 hours ​ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Pune-based, hands-on full-stack engineer with 8+ years in product companies, who loves solving system design problems and has already shipped Generative AI or Agentic AI features. Skills and Requirements : • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing and scaling technology teams in a fast-paced environment. • Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development, with a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle. • Experience in cloud technologies, including architecture, deployment, and management of cloud services (AWS preferred). • Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, cloud computing, DevOps, and security practices. • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, preferably Java Microservices (using Spring Boot) or Node.js, React or VueJS, mobile applications (Native or Hybrid), SQL, and NoSQL databases. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
